Transcripts

Your transcript is the official, permanent record of all the undergraduate courses you have taken while attending Herkimer College.

Unofficial Transcripts

Both currently enrolled and former students may access their unofficial record through Student Online Services by clicking "Student Services" and then "Academic Transcript". This page can then be printed for your records. The Registrar's office does not issue unofficial transcripts.

Herkimer College offers official transcripts through Parchment. To request your official transcript, please click here to place an order through Parchment.

Standard Fees

Please note that official transcripts cost $14 (for electronic transcripts, this includes a $2.60 processing fee charged directly by the vendor and an $11.40 campus surcharge for administrative support of transcript production). Physically mailed documents may incur additional shipping and handling fees.
