3 simple steps.

Thank you for choosing to live on campus at Herkimer College. Complete your application in 3 easy steps:

Fill out the Contract. You will need your Herkimer ID number (H number) - if you do not know it, call the Office of Residence Life & Housing at (315) 574-4016 and we will provide it to you.
Pay your $350 security deposit. Financial aid cannot be used to pay the security deposit. Liability for damage is not limited to the amount of the security deposit. Payment of the security deposit can be made by check or money order made payable to Herkimer College. Credit card payments may also be made online.
Sign the signature page that you receive after submitting the contract, and mail it to the Office of Residence Life and Housing at the address below.
