Surveillance Testing Requirements Updates
Beginning Monday, February 7, 2022, surveillance testing requirements are changing for residential and commuter students:
If you have received the full vaccine course and are not currently eligible for the booster, you are no longer required to participate in weekly surveillance testing.
You MUST provide proof of the complete vaccine series. If you have not yet done so, please forward a copy of your completed vaccine card to deanofstudents@herkimer.edu.
The following students must continue to participate in weekly surveillance testing:
- All student athletes
- All students with an approved exemption
- All residential and commuter students who have not received the full vaccine course
- All residential and commuter students who have received the full vaccine course and are currently eligible for but have not received the booster yet
