Designed to fulfill the Physical Education requirement in all non-PE related majors degree programs, students choose two of the following activities dependent on the semester offered: aerobics, badminton, basketball, beginning swimming, cross-country skiing, fitness swim, golf, indoor/outdoor soccer, self-defense, speed and agility, softball, strength and conditioning, tennis, volleyball and walking or any related activity. Non-Majors only - fulfills PE requirement.
