Housing Costs for 2024-2025 (per semester)

• Campus Meadows: $3,500 per semester for a double bedroom (two students per bedroom)
• College Hill: $3,750 per semester (one student per bedroom)
• Reservoir Run: $4,000 per semester (one student per bedroom)
• Parking Fee: $80 annually for students who bring a vehicle

All prices include utilities. Rates are subject to change without prior written notice.

Meal Plan Costs for 2024-2025 (per semester)

Students living on-campus are required to purchase one of the following meal plans which include weekend use:

• Meal Plan 19: $2,758/semester
• Meal Plan 14: $2,364/semester 

Students living off campus can purchase one of the following Commuter meal plan options:

• Meal Plan 10: $1,799/semester
• Meal Plan 5: $891/semester
