A graduate of Baldwin High School, Baldwin, NY, Andrew J. Kaiser is owner and operator of Mountain Hill School, one of the largest continuously operated pre-schools in New Jersey. Additionally, he is managing partner of Mountain Hill Investment Partners, a family-owned investment office that manages assets for clients globally. Kaiser earned his associate degree from Herkimer College in 1983 in Business Administration and went to earn a B.S. in Business Management from Springfield College in 1985. As an active alumnus, Andy established the Kaiser Family Scholarship, awarded to a student in the Business Administration curriculum. He is a past member of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the campaign to name Herkimer’s athletic stadium for lacrosse coach and college professor, Paul Wehrum. Andy is also the trustee of the Ryan Andrew Kaiser Memorial Foundation. The Foundation’s purpose is to financially assist families with critically ill children who may not otherwise be able to afford proper healthcare, and provide funding to doctors and hospital groups that specialize in the care and cure of pediatric heart patients (http://www.rakmf.org). Kaiser spent 18 years in New York City in various posts at Wall Street investment banks. As one of Herkimer College's first lacrosse recruits, Kaiser helped open the door to a long and successful string of players coming to Herkimer from Long Island. His true love of the sport of lacrosse inspired the first-of-its-kind kids lacrosse program in Middletown, NJ.
