Complainants/respondents have several options that can be pursued, including the following:
- To disclose an incident confidentially to a college or community official, who, by law may maintain confidentiality or can assist in obtaining services, students should contact one of the following:

YWCA Mohawk Valley – Child Advocacy Center & Sexual Violence Services, 284 West Main Street, Ilion, NY, 315.866.4120 (24-hour hotline)
- Herkimer College Campus Safety can assist complainants/respondents in filing criminal charges.
- If a complaint involves a College employee, a victim may report the incident to the Office of Human Resources located in RMCC 239 or by calling 315.574.4022.
