Swimming & Diving compete at nationals this week
HERKIMER, NY – The Herkimer Generals swimming & diving team will be represented by the women this week at Flickinger Athletic Center in Buffalo, NY. Competition is slated to begin on Wednesday, March 4th, concluding on Saturday, March 7th. Finals are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. each day of competition.
Swimming for the Generals will be Victoria Bemiss (Canaan, NY), Hannah Watts (Norwich, NY), Corinne Richer (Clinton, NY) and Erin Hutchison (Macedon, NY).
Events are as follows:
Wednesday: 400 Medley & 800 FR (all women will swim in these two events)
Thursday: 200 FR Relay (all women swim this event during finals) & Victoria swims the 50 FR
Friday: 200 FR (Corinne & Hannah), 100 BA (Victoria), 100 BR (Erin)
Saturday: 400 FR Relay (all women swim this event during finals) & 200 BA (Hannah & Corinne), 200 BR (Erin), 200 FLY (Corinne) & 1650 FR (Erin, timed final, will swim in the morning)
