Speed Receives All-American Award in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA - Sophomore Eddie Speed (Chester, England) received his all-American award at the NSCAA all-American luncheon in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday, January 14th.   Every high school, NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA and Junior College all-Americans from all across the country were recognized in front of 1500 people including USA national team goalkeeper Tim Howard (Photo Below) who was presented as a Honorary all-American by ESPN soccer analysts Alexi Lalas.

"It was great to see Eddie walk across the stage with all of the all-Americans from every level."  Said Coach Pepe Aragon.  "To be recognized with every great player from the entire country is very special."  It is an amazing event and our Herkimer soccer family is very proud of him."
