Herkimer Women wrap up regular season portion of schedule with swim meet at Genesee

Batavia, NY - Strong performances by Hong Dang (Mohawk, NY) and Abigail Janczuk (Oneida, NY) highlighted the Herkimer Generals last regular season swim meet at Genesee Community College in Batavia, NY on Saturday afternoon. It was Herkimer's last chance at competition before the Region III Championships.

Dang's day resulted in her qualifying for nationals in the 50 BR, the 50 Fly, and the 100 IM. Janczuk set personal best times in the 50 FR and the 100 FR. 

The Generals now get 12 days off before traveling to Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY to participate in the 2019 Region III/Northeast District Championship Meet. The meet starts on Friday February 15th and concludes on Sunday the 17th. It will be Herkimer's last chance to post qualifying times for the National Meet in March.
