Bowling Teams has strong showing in last match before Regionals

Ilion, NY - In the last match before the Region III Championships, the Herkimer Generals Men's and Women's Bowling teams turned in strong efforts in their last regular season Virtual Match of the 2021 season. The women once again finished second in the match while the Men finished 4th.

Taylor Listovitch (Ilion, NY) finished 4th in the Regional match with a 793 series that was highlighted by a high game of 201. Alexis Garrison (Clifton Park, NY) continued her strong 2021 season with a 714 series. Madison Ihnat (Boca Raton, FL) notched a new career high with a game of 159.

David Cook (Little Falls, NY) led the Men's effort as he had a high game of 216 which led to his series of 942. Tim Cloonan (Clay, NY) chipped in with an 886 series and the Men had their high Baker game of the season with a 209.

The Region III Championships will be held on Sunday, March 28th as the regional bowling schools will each compete at their home lanes. Herkimer will begin its games at 10:30 AM that day.
