Herkimer College Appoints Campus Peace Officer

Herkimer County Community College has appointed Joshua M. Muzzi, Johnstown, NY, to the position of campus peace officer.

Muzzi was previously employed as a peace officer at Saratoga Hospital. He also has served as a public safety officer at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and as a residence counselor for the Mental Health Association in Amsterdam, NY.

Muzzi is currently enrolled in the Pre-Employment Police Basic Training program at Herkimer College. He holds an associate degree in liberal arts from Fulton-Montgomery Community College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Siena College.
