Herkimer College Board of Trustees to hold open forums seeking input on Presidential Search

The Herkimer College Board of Trustees invites the public to provide input on characteristics needed in the next president of Herkimer College at one of two public forums scheduled for Thursday, August 24 in the College’s Robert McLaughlin College Center amphitheater, room 288. The open forums begin at 3:15 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., and each session is expected to last approximately 45 minutes.

The college is conducting a presidential search following the retirement of its fourth president, Dr. Cathleen McColgin, this year. The Board of Trustees has contracted with Pauly Group, Inc. to facilitate the search process, and Angela Provart, president of the Pauly Group, will lead the forums.

Sr. Vice President of Administration and Finance, Nicholas F. Laino, is serving as officer-in-charge. Laino joined the administration at Herkimer College in 2005.
