  Academic Honors Awarded at HCCC for Fall 2016 Semester

  Herkimer County Community College recently awarded academic honors to 429 students for the fall 2016 semester. Included were 164 students named to the President’s List for earning a grade point average of 3.80 or higher and 265 students named to the Dean’s List for earning a grade point average between 3.25 and 3.79.

  The Herkimer County Community College Board of Trustees will hold a regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting on Wednesday, January 25 at 6:30 p.m. in the Robert McLaughlin College Center, room 282/283.

  HCCC Offering a Free Range Chickens Workshop

  HCCC will be holding a non-credit workshop on owning free range chickens.

  Express Enrollment Day to be held January 20

  HCCC will hold an Express Enrollment day for prospective students interested in enrolling for the spring 2017 semester. Participants will be able to apply for admission, take placement exams, receive academic advisement and register for classes in one visit.

  HCCC will offer Student Testing, Advisement, Registration and Transition (START) Days for new incoming first year & transfer students for the spring 2017 semester.

  HCCC Seeks Nominations for Athletic Hall of Fame

  HCCC is currently seeking nominations for its Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2017. Inductions will be held during Fall Fest & Alumni Weekend on Friday, September 29, 2017, at 5 p.m. in the Sarkus-Busch Theater. Completed nomination forms must be postmarked by February 15, 2017.
