Six Generals Named to the All-Region III Men’s Soccer Team

Herkimer, NY – Six members of the Herkimer College men’s soccer team have been selected to the All Region III team.  Selected for the first team were sophomores Dajhal Kelly (Saint Kitts, Caribbean Sea), Region III most valuable player recording 21 goals and 5 assists; Eddie Speed (Chester, England) recording two goals and four assists as a defensive workhorse in the midfield and back, central mid-fielder Jordan Saling (Haledon, NJ) recording twelve goals and nine assists; central back Maans Sorensen (Stockholm, Sweden), who was selected to the Region III all-tournament team; and goalkeeper Sean Connolly (Latham, NY)with a 0.67 GAA.

Sophomore Kadeem Joseph (Brooklyn, NY) was selected to the second team as an outside back.  “I am so proud of all six players,” said head coach Pepe Aragon, “All worked extremely hard to earn this award.”
