# 4 Generals drop road contest at # 7 Saints

Saranac Lake, NY - Playing for the second time in three days, the # 7 North Country Saints got a measure of revenge on their home court with a 78-56 win over the # 4 Herkimer Generals on Wednesday afternoon in Saranac Lake, NY. The loss drops Herkimer's record to 11-3 on the year overall and 4-1 in the Mountain Valley Conference.

The Saints got off to a quick start, taking a 21-9 lead after the first quarter and never looking back as they cruised to the win. Brittani Campbell (Rochester, NY) came off the bench to lead Herkimer with 17 points while Lexu DeBeatham added 12 points in the loss.

The Generals hit the road once again on Saturday afternoon as they will travel to Troy, NY to take on the Hudson Valley Vikings in a MVC matchup. Game time is set for 3:00 PM.
