Special Meeting of the Herkimer County Community College Board of Trustees

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees for Herkimer County Community College is hereby called for Monday, December 30, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Classroom Administration Building, room 243.

Please take notice, that it is expected that the Board will begin its meeting in public and will immediately entertain a motion to convene into Executive Session, for the purpose of discussing proposed litigation and matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation. It is anticipated that at the conclusion of the Executive Session, the Board will return to the public meeting and may act on a resolution approving the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation and approving the initiation of litigation discussed with the Board during Executive Session.
