Murphy Scores Two Big Goals in Generals Win over ASA

Herkimer, NY – Sophomore Luke Murphy (Glasgow, Scotland) scored two goals in Herkimer’s win over ASA.  Murphy scored the first goal of the game in the 16 minute off an assist from freshman Marvin Tapia (Manassas, Virginia).  Sophomore Gus Ward (London, England) scored the second goal of the game in the 51^st minute off an assist from Murphy.  Murphy completed the scoring in the 58^thminute off an assist from freshman Tyler Dobinson (Exeter, England).  Sophomore goalkeeper Roandre Wollery (Hartford, Conn) made a huge save when the score was 2-0 on a penalty kick.  The Generals are on the road Wednesday at Adirondack CC.  Kickoff is at 4:00pm.
