Herkimer College announces 2024 Torchbearer Award recipients
The Herkimer County Community College Board of Trustees recently selected four individuals to receive the 2024 Torchbearer Award. The prestigious honor is presented to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the College’s development and success. The Torchbearer Awards have been presented every five years since 1999.

Alumni Hall of Honor Induction Ceremony and ReceptionHerkimer County Community College will induct Donald J. Snyder ’04, of West Winfield, NY, and Dartray Belk ’06, of New York, New York to the Alumni Hall of Honor. The induction ceremony will take place Friday, September 30 at 7 p.m. in Alumni Hall, located in the Robert McLaughlin College Center, followed by a reception.
