POLICY STATEMENT:  It is the policy of the Board of Trustees to review all lease and rental agreements for real property during review of the annual Operating Budget Request.

BACKGROUND:  The Board of Trustees requested that at least annually they review all leases and rental agreements for use of real property by the College.
