Herkimer takes 5th at SUNY Poly

Utica, N.Y. - The women's cross country team took 5th place at SUNY Poly's invitational this past weekend.  Sophomore Chyanna Bernier (Ilion, NY) led the Generals with a third place finish.  Bernier ran the 6000 meter race in a time of 23:17.  This marks back to back top five finishes for Bernier. 

The Generals will be home on 9/30.  Herkimer will host their own invitational and it is expected to start at 10 am.
