Herkimer College Appoints Volleyball Coach

Herkimer College has appointed Roger W. Maxam, Ilion, NY, to the position of head women’s volleyball coach.

Maxam is a varsity coach at Herkimer Central School and previously was the assistant varsity volleyball coach at Potsdam High School. He has held multiple teaching positions and is currently a pre-kindergarten teacher for Herkimer Central Schools.

Maxam holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from SUNY Potsdam and a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education with a concentration in mathematics from SUNY Potsdam.
