Herkimer wins big over Clinton 77-38

Herkimer, N.Y. - After losing their first game of the season by 9, the Herkimer Generals women's basketball team bounced back and defeated Clinton CC 77-38.  Herkimer had 5 players score double digits in points on the day (Henry 16, Sutton 15, Lomanto 15, McCombs 12, Price 10).  Freshman Nylasia Sutton (Troy, NY) lead the team in assists (9) and steals (6) to add to her 15 points.  Fatima Price (Dolgeville, NY) scored 10 points while grabbing an astonishing 26 rebounds.  Sixteen of Prices' twenty six rebounds were on the offensive end which helped Herkimer on second chance shots.  

This improves Herkimer's record to 1-1 on the year.  Their next game will be on the road against MVCC on November 8th at 6 pm.
